WHAT THIS TOOL DOES
This calculator starts with publicly visible social media signals — follower count and average engagement — and reveals how much actual audience time your current campaigns generate. It then shows what happens when you add My TOIbox's interactive engagement platform.
STEP 1: ADD YOUR PLATFORMS
Add one or more social platforms. Each auto-fills industry benchmark data for organic reach rates, attention spans, and CPM. You can add as many platforms as the prospect uses — the calculator totals reach and engagement across all of them.
STEP 2: ENTER PROFILE METRICS
For each platform, enter the follower count and average likes and comments per post. These are publicly visible on most platforms — no login required. The calculator uses these to estimate organic reach and actual engagement rate.
STEP 3: ADD MEDIA SPEND (OPTIONAL)
If you know the prospect's monthly ad spend, enter it along with their CPM (cost per thousand impressions). This unlocks the financial analysis: cost per minute of attention, and how much more time My TOIbox delivers per dollar.
STEP 4: READ THE GAP
The results reveal the "attention gap" — the difference between impressions paid for and time actually captured. My TOIbox closes that gap by converting engaged users into active participants spending 2+ minutes with the brand.

Organic Reach Estimation: For each platform: Follower Count x Platform Organic Reach Rate = Estimated Organic Reach Per Post. Multiplied by Posts Per Week for weekly organic reach. Totaled across all platforms.
Paid Reach Estimation: (Monthly Ad Spend / CPM) x 1,000 / 4.33 = Estimated Paid Reach Per Week.
Engagement: Observed engagement (avg likes + comments per post x posts per week) per platform, summed across all platforms. Blended engagement rate = total engaged / total organic reach. Engaged People x Avg Attention = Standard Attention Time.
MTB Additive Layer: Engaged People x MTB Retention Rate = MTB Active Users. MTB Active Users x Avg Dwell Time = MTB Minutes. This is additive — My TOIbox doesn't replace reach, it transforms engaged attention into extended active time.
