His strong record is why members of the law enforcement community and Republicans alike supported Adam to run for Congress. Adam flipped this district from Red to Blue in 2024, beating extremist John Duarte by 187 votes – the closest margin of victory in the country. As national Republicans work to take back this seat, we must ensure Adam has the resources necessary to win reelection and keep CA-13 blue.

Congressman Derek Tran represents California’s 45th Congressional District, and made history in 2024 as the first Vietnamese American ever elected to represent the Vietnamese diaspora of Little Saigon. A father of three, U.S. Army veteran, and small business owner, Derek is deeply committed to tackling the issues most important to Southern California’s working-class families in Congress – from the cost of living and prescription drugs to the threats on reproductive freedom and our democracy at large. As a consumer rights attorney, he spent years fighting on behalf of workers getting ripped off and discriminated against by corporations – an experience that further shaped his call to service. Derek flipped this Orange County district from Red to Blue in 2024, winning the most expensive competitive House race in the country by roughly 600 votes. Combined, Democrats and Republicans spent $46 million on this race in 2024, and it is expected to once again be a top target for Republicans in 2026. It is essential that Derek has the resources to keep this seat blue.

Congresswoman Jahana Hayes represents Connecticut’s 5th Congressional District, which encompasses the northwestern part of the state and includes Danbury, the Farmington Valley, and the Upper Naugatuck River Valley. Jahana grew up surrounded by poverty, drugs, and violence in a housing project in Waterbury, and became pregnant at 17. While supporting her young family, Jahana enrolled in community college, then went on to earn a four-year degree and two advanced degrees. She became a high school history teacher in the same town where she grew up. In 2016, President Obama honored Jahana as the National Teacher of the Year for her dedication to her students and community. As a celebrated teacher and now as a congresswoman, she is a relentless advocate for equitable access to opportunity for all, quality education, affordable health care, food security, labor, agriculture, and the environment. Jahana first entered politics in 2018 and helped Democrats defend this seat, which historically went back and forth between GOP and Democratic hands for decades. Republicans have spent millions every cycle to defeat her, and we expect she will need considerable resources to fend off Republican attacks this cycle and keep CT-05 blue.

Born to a Puerto Rican father and Italian-American mother, Congressman Darren Soto is the first person of Puerto Rican descent elected to represent Florida. Darren is running for reelection in Florida’s Ninth District after steadfastly serving his community in Congress since 2017. As a member of the House Natural Resources Committee, he has fought to preserve Florida’s one-of-a-kind natural resources and deliver federal relief for the state after natural disasters strike and, sitting on the powerful Energy and Commerce Committee, he has worked to increase access to affordable health care for all Floridians. Darren was instrumental in granting Temporary Protective Status (TPS) to Venezuelan refugees and is now leading the fight to restore this designation under the Trump administration. Republicans are throwing everything they have to unseat Darren in 2026, including further rigging their already gerrymandered map, and it’s on us to ensure he has the resources he needs to win reelection.

NM-02 has been a Republican stronghold, with only one other Democrat holding this seat since 2011, but Gabe defeated far-right Republicans despite the NRCC spending big to defeat him. NV-03 is one of only 13 House districts nationwide that voted for Trump while still electing a Democrat, making it a top target for Republicans. This district has voted for the presidential winner in every election since 2004, underscoring just how razor-thin the margins are. In Congress, Susie has secured billions for Nevada and gotten legislation signed into law to help lower housing and health care costs, protect our water supply, and improve veterans’ health care. With control of the House in 2026 hinging on races like Susie’s, keeping her seat is crucial for Democrats’ path to reclaiming the majority.Following her hard-fought re-election, Susie was elected by her colleagues as Battleground Leadership Representative in the House Democratic Caucus. The NRCC has already started targeting Rep. Lee, and every dollar counts in the battle to keep NV-03 blue. Let’s make sure Susie has the resources she needs to win again in 2026.

Congressman Steven Horsford represents Nevada’s 4th Congressional District, the state’s largest and most diverse district encompassing 50,000 square miles including parts of Las Vegas. Born and raised within the district he represents, Steven has been fighting for working families throughout his career. As the son of a single immigrant mother, he worked multiple jobs to help support his younger siblings and was the first in his family to attend college.
He later led the state’s largest workforce development program – helping thousands of workers find good-paying jobs – and made history as Nevada’s first African American Senate Majority Leader. As a state Senator, he worked across party lines to pass landmark legislation to create clean energy jobs, solve the worst budget crisis in state history and protect essential healthcare, including Medicare, Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act.
First elected to Congress in 2012, Steven has passed legislation to make housing more affordable, reduce the cost of prescription drugs, and secure funding for Nevada’s schools and job-training programs. He has been recognized for policy achievements and coalition-building throughout his career, current appointments to the Ways and Means Committee and as Chief Deputy Whip, and recently as Lawmaker of the Year by Everytown for Gun Safety. And, as chair emeritus of the Congressional Black Caucus and as a co-chair of the Congressional Labor Caucus, he continues to advance work, wages, wealth, and opportunity for everyone.
In 2026, the NRCC will prioritize NV-04 as a key pickup target, as they have every cycle. President Donald Trump has already singled out NV-04, challenging the deep coalition of Team Horsford, labor unions, and national organizing networks. It is critical for Rep. Horsford to have the necessary resources to keep the district blue.

Greg represents Ohio’s 1st Congressional District. A former teacher and city councilman, Greg is no stranger to tough fights. He knows firsthand the challenges families are facing when paying their bills, that’s why he took on the political elite and made Cincinnati the first city to provide two years of quality preschool. And in Congress, Greg took on Speaker Johnson and forced a vote on the Social Security Fairness Act, which is now law, and helps millions of retired teachers, police officers, firefighters, and postal workers pay their bills each month.
In 2022, he flipped a long-held Republican seat by 5.5 points and won in 2024 by nearly 10 points. Mid-decade redistricting has taken OH-01 from a Harris +6 to a Trump +3 (a 9 point swing in favor of Republicans), making this Southwest Ohio district a true tossup district. OH-01 is one of the most critical seats to take back the House in 2026.

A Toledo native who lives in the same home in which she grew up, her Ohio roots run deep. Her father operated their family-run grocery while her mother worked on the line at the Champion Spark Plug factory and on its first UAW organizing committee. The first in her family to graduate high school and college on scholarship, Kaptur earned B.A. and M.A. degrees from the Universities of Wisconsin and Michigan and worked across the U.S. as an urban and regional planner in struggling communities before serving as an urban policy advisor to President Jimmy Carter. Later, while at MIT pursuing a Ph.D. in urban planning and development, she was recruited by local Democrats in Ohio to run against the incumbent Republican. Though outspent 3-to-1, she defeated him in an upset that attracted national attention. Marcy is now the longest-serving woman in House history. As the first woman to chair the Energy and Water Subcommittee of Appropriations, she now uses her senior-ranking position to rebuild the economic strength of her region and the nation. She advocates for America’s homegrown strength and is a passionate voice for workers, seniors, health care, agriculture, small businesses, veterans, and the U.S. military, including as the author of legislation that created the National World War II Memorial. A reliable working-class blue seat for decades, OH-09 is a highly competitive district, and Marcy spent nearly $5 million to hold it in 2024. The GOP will stop at nothing to flip this seat red and advance their dangerous agenda. We must ensure Rep. Kaptur has the resources necessary to keep OH-09 blue.

Congresswoman Marie Gluesenkamp Perez represents Washington’s 3rd Congressional District. Marie is a fifth-generation Washingtonian who built an independent auto repair shop with her husband from the ground up. After learning how difficult it is for small business owners in the trades to get a mortgage, they decided to build their own house in rural Skamania county. And when they couldn’t find childcare near their home, they had to take their young son to work with them. Marie’s experience reflects the reality of so many working Americans—yet it’s a rarity in Congress. In DC, Marie is focused on what working people want—good jobs that don’t require a college degree, lower costs for essentials like medications and gas, and a fair shot at home ownership. In 2022, she flipped this traditionally red district and won reelection in 2024 by one of the nation’s tightest margins. The Cook Political Report already has this race classified as a “Toss Up,” and the GOP is going to work hard to flip this seat and expand their narrow House majority. We must ensure Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez has the resources necessary to once again win WA-03.
